Dyma set o bibddawnsiau sydd wedi eu henwi ar ôl ail ddinasoedd Cymru, Lloegr a'r Alban, sef Birmingham, Glasgow ac Abertawe. Yn ogystal â'u henwau, mae ganddyn nhw alawon sy'n siriol iawn ac yn dilyn ei gilydd yn dda yn y set.
Maent i gyd yn cael eu chwarae fel rîls yn y set hon; y mis nesaf, byddant yn cael yr un nodau ond yn rhedeg fel gwir bibddawnsiau, gyda sgip ynddyn nhw.
Gellir osgoi'r tripledi yn rhan A a rhan B o Bibddawns Birmingham drwy chwarae hanner nodau mewn dilyniant i lawr o'r E.
Cyfansoddwyd Pibddawns Abertawe, a glywir yn gyffredinol mewn sesiynau a chwaraeir fel rîl, gan y delynores chwedlonol Cymreig Nansi Richards.

This is a set of hornpipes from the second cities of England, Scotland and Wales, namely Birmingham, Glasgow and Swansea. As well as their names, they have melodies which are very cheerful and follow each other well in the set.
They are all played as reels in this set; next monthe they will be presented with theh same scoring but played as hornpipes, with a skipping pulse.
The triplets in parts A and B of Pibddawns Birmingham can be avoided by playing straight half-notes down the scale from the E in each case.
Pibddawns Abertawe, generally heard in sessions played as a reel, was composed by the legendary Welsh folk and all-round harpist Nansi Richards.
